1) How long will it take to receive my order?
Handling time is 1-2 days and is shipped out immediately via USPS. You will then receive a tracking number to be able to track your order. Shipping can take anywhere from 3-7 days.
2) Do you take custom orders?
At the moment I do not take custom orders, but would love to begin at some point.
3) Are refunds or exchanges accepted?
At this moment I am not able to offer refunds or exchanges. In the event a piece arrives broken, please reach out to me.
4) How often do you create new pieces?
As a one-woman show I try my best to add new pieces on a bi-weekly basis
